I bought it on Amazon. I did not add a protection plan and the Amazon return period has long expired.
I (now) have three EBs! I DID buy the protection plan for the third one!
This one doesn’t even show up as a USB device, so I guess it’s dead.
Is there a recovery process?
Also, I have an issue with the “production” EB I have deployed. It was months after I bought it for a stable kernel, but it works great now; except the Ethernet connection drops several times per day. This is a separate issue. Can you help or should I go to the forum?
