No, the mvneta driver in mainline Linux doesn’t support hardware or software TX/RX timestamping. I work for a company looking to get this driver updated with appropriate support for hardware TX/RX timestamping, as the 3720 SoC does support this in hardware, but the current driver is just lacking.
