Anyone order directly from Globalscaletechnologies?

I ordered 10 Espressobins directly from Globalscaletechnologies (via https://www.globalscaletechnologies.com/p-72-marvell-espressobin.aspx ) almost a month ago, I received the receipt via email, but have not heard anything since and they haven’t responded to any emails.

Has anyone else ordered directly from Globalscaletechnologies ? I assumed ordering directly from them would be fastest, but I now regret that decision and wished I ordered from Amazon.
