    Hi there,

I am trying to boot the espresso for the first time, I would like to use armbian.

At armbian page they say i need to choose flash latest u boot and that “You can obtain numbers from the current boot prompt.”

I setup minicom according to wiki, correct parameters, but when i plug in the powersource, nothing happens, nothing get displayed.

Is the correct working espresso supposed to display some information at a configured minicom terminal even without inserted sd card?

Or how can i simply find out, that it is really working, without building all toolchains and so on?

Thanks very much for any help…

Ok… it was my fault, I plugged the power adapter to an extension cord extender, that was switched off….. 😉
After switching on the extension cord, i got the normal Marvell>> boot prompt.

At least I have registered in the forum 🙂
