    I ordered an Esspressobin through amazon, and unfortunately it appears to be defective. No power indicator light when plugged in to micro-USB, or a 12V 2A power supply. I don’t want to return it through amazon, and I was hoping there was a way to exchange it through the manufacturer for a new one. Is this possible?
