This is great info. Have you tried to upgrade the u-boot? If so, can you boot via EFI? I have not been able to boot EFI with the factory u-boot installed.

YES, I have already tested custom updated uboot, like the one from openwrt in download folder, and custom ones.
Also tested EFI feature for OPNSense distrib.

All works mostly great…
Like the very first sheevaplugs, a not-brickable dev platform…
Only need of some tweak at first, and more easy to “unbroke” when you do it badly from every step of their new designs.

I prepare more publication about tests.
And also, rework my own distrib, always, like ever, in a open mode with crowd, custom, and also free/paid model.
