is there a way to get the status of online pre-orders ? I currently only have the order number given in the request for quote (#121899) and my customer id (261686) , the request for quote was back in January and I did not receive any reply/quote since then. My customer login on the globalscale website is not working (wrong password, and password replacement does not work). Nobody replies to the quick contact form on the website nor to my mails to email@example.com. I’m trying to start a larger project with these boards, so I would be thankful for any info on the progress of my order.
